Inspiration Night is a volunteer-run, non-profit speaker showcase modelled after TEDx—but more open, inclusive, and community-driven. It’s a space for everyday people to share short, powerful stories that inspire courage and connection.

All proceeds go toward venue, food, and photography. The event runs on a break-even, volunteer basis, and any surplus is donated to charity

Anyone with an inspiring idea or life lesson to share—no professional speaking experience needed. We welcome first-timers, dreamers, and doers from all walks of life.

Fill in this application form and submit an 8-minute audition video. Speaker slots are confirmed on a rolling basis, and typically fill up 8-12 weeks before an Inspiration Night.

Any true story or message that uplifts or enlightens. Past themes include resilience, leadership, health, AI, marketing, personal growth, and more.

No—this is a community platform. There is no fee to speak, however each speaker commit to buying 7 tickets (6 for friends + one for self) to cover the event’s operating costs and help bring together the audience.

Each of the 10-12 speakers is given 8 minutes to speak.

Yes! A buffet dinner is provided before the showcase, and informal mingling continues afterward—no structured networking, just friendly conversation.

Personal photos are welcome, but professional recording is handled by our Videographer, MOA, who can also produces Speaker Reels for aspiring professional speakers.

Yes, volunteers enjoy complimentary access to events at which they're helping out.
